-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

AR Review:

- Kim write new language adding 3.1.4 recommendations to 3.1.2
  - Done

- Mike update spec with Kim's input, remove 3.1.4
  - Done

- Mike update 3.2.1 to be less prescriptive for analog pins.
  - Done

New items:

We reviewed sections recently updated:

- 3.1.2/3.1.4 changes were approved
- 3.2.1:
  - Tom Dagostino sent an email explaining why Terminator model types
    are recommended for analog/special pins.
  - Bob said some datasheets mark analog pins as NC
  - We decided to note the advantages of Terminator type

AR: Mike change 3.2.1 to suggest use of Terminator Model_type

Continued review of IQ specificiation:

- 3.1.3. {LEVEL 1} [Define Package Model] present if [Package Model] is present
  - This offers nothing new, merely document an IBISCHK check.
  - We decided to remove this check

AR: Mike remove 3.1.3 from IQ spec

- 3.2.2. {LEVEL 2} [Pin] model names not too long
  - This offers nothing new, merely document an IBISCHK check.
  - Character limit for 4.x is actually 40, not 30
  - We decided to remove this check

AR: Mike remove 3.2.2 from IQ spec

- 3.2.3. {LEVEL 2} [Pin] models present in file
  - This offers nothing new, merely document an IBISCHK check.
  - We decided to remove this check

AR: Mike remove 3.2.3 from IQ spec

- 3.2.4 {OPTIONAL} [Pin] RLC complete
  - Roy called this a tautology
  - Mike suggested it could be a non-optional check to achieve level 3
  - It would have to specifically require RLC for all signal pins
  - We decided to merge this check into 3.2.5

- 3.2.5. {LEVEL 2} [Pin] RLC parasitics are validated against data sheet
  - Moshiul suggested that we use RLC limits from 3.1.4
  - We should be clear that RLC values are not required for level 2
  - Kim noted that datasheets usually do not have this information

AR: Kim merge 3.2.5 into 3.2.4

David suggested that the IQ spec should document the ibischk checks.
Mike said this might go into an appendix, and that information contributed
by Michael Mirmak might help.

Roy informed the group that he now has a shortened version of his presentation.
