No patents were announced.

Both Vladimir and Radek provided updated copies of their respective
portions of the draft text to the reflector. Vladimir noted that the
equation editor used does not support bold for vectors, as is the IEEE
convention.

The team agreed that commas should not be used as delimiters throughout
the document, but only in [Mixed-Mode Order] to show relationships between
ports in a differential or common-mode pair. Semicolons and parentheses
should similarly be avoided. Whitespace, including CR and LF, is suitable
but the text should clarify whether keyword data/arguments must begin immediately
after the keyword itself or may begin on the line following.

Some small notation differences exist in parts of the document regarding
Equation numbering, use of "a" and "b" as vectors, the use of "S" for
single-ended data as opposed to S-parameters and j for imaginary as opposed
to a column variable.

Michael will integrate the two sections with the existing draft text
and release to the team for review.

The next meeting will review a draft featuring the complete mixed-mode
text. If mixed-mode support is closed with that draft, port grouping
will be finalized and the document will be prepared for submission to
the IBIS Open Forum.

Team Objectives:
1) complete ICM-IBIS linking BIRD and any associated changes to the
   ICM specification
2) update the ICM specification, if needed, to clarify the mapping of
   ICM nodes to S-parameter ports
3) complete a specification for "Touchstone Plus" or similar
industry-standard definition for Touchstone-like files, to include
complex impedance references, removal of limits on the maximum number
of ports and per-port impedance references
