PARSER VERSION NUMBER:
    IBISCHK3 V3.2.5 compiled for Windows 95

PLATFORM (SPARC, HP700, PC, etc.):
    PC

OS AND VERSION:
Windows NT Server 4.0 Service Pack 6a

REPORTED BY: Matthew Flora, HyperLynx

DATE: 7 June 2000

DESCRIPTION OF BUG:
The parser does not give a warning about suspicously large pin parasitic
resistance until the value is greater than 1000 ohms. This seems too high
to catch simple mistakes such as forgetting the scale character.

Warnings are currently given when the pin parasitics exceed:
      C_pin 1 nF
      L_pin 1 uH
      R_pin 1000 ohms
