Call for opens and patent disclosures:

- No one declared a patent.

- Bob: Any IQ summit activity?
  - Discussed today

- Mike has election duties Jan 19, no meeting

- Mike will send last 3 miniutes

IQ at the DesignCon summit
- Bob and Anders are going
- Mike: Is there a time slot?
- Bob: Very limited
- Mike: Do we have anything to present?
- Bob: Nothing new since last time
- Mike: Maybe the checklist
- We will have no IQ presentation
- Bob: There will be quality related prez

Mike showed Moshiul's new IQ checklist spreadsheet:
- Some had trouble opening these MS 2007 XML files
- Moshiul explained changes:
  - NOTE and CAUTION
  - Popup menus default to '---'
- Mike: Should there be more explanation that it is a menu?
- Bob: Users might think '---' is the same as NA
- Mike: I can update the example spreadsheet to this standard
- Moshiul: I can provide the IBIS file
- Mike: Is it OK to have a vendor-specific file?
- Bob: It should be made generic if possible
- Mike: The copyright is supposed to be retained
  - These files are freeley available anyway
- Moshiul: This one requires registration
- Bob: We should not make that available
  - It would be best for someone to donate a modified model
- Mike: The web page could credit Moshiul for the example files
- Moshiul: We could use the IQ 1.0 checklist iqsample.ibs
- Mike showed iqsamle.ibs
  - No errors or warnings if chnaged to 4.1
- Bob: This looks good
  - the ver should be 4.2
- Moshiul: Should we add [Rece Thre to it?
- Mike: There is only 1 input model, it should be easy
- Mike: We should add the IQ spec URL to the checklist
- Typo: EXPECTION in menu should be EXCEPTION

AR: Moshiul created new sample checklist for iqsample.ibs
AR: Mike add MS 2003 format files to IQ checklist upload

Mike: We could next discuss correlation from a blank sheet
- Bob: we could have an IBIS Correlation Handbook
- Mike: It should be called a handbook because it does not specify
